This software makes Getting Into A Residency easier to use! The program customizes, prints, and performs the necessary calculations for the "Personal Trait Analysis, Synthesis, and Correlation of Traits," "Must/Want" Analysis, "Requirements for Application to Programs," and "Interview Notes." You can add and delete factors on the "Must/Want" form, input your "weights," and print multiple copies. You can also input scores and the program will calculate the totals for you.
